What exactly is Creative Team?

Creative Team is a fully embedded creative partnership. You get a dedicated Art Director and a curated creative pod — designers, motion specialists, video editors — who integrate directly into your workflow, drive campaigns proactively, and execute at scale. It's not a vendor relationship. It's an extension of your team.

How is Creative Team different from Creative Access?

Creative Access is self-managed — you write briefs, leave feedback, and coordinate the work yourself. Creative Team handles all of that for you. Your Art Director writes briefs, pitches ideas, coordinates the pod, and keeps production moving without waiting on you. You approve. We execute.

What does onboarding look like?

It starts with an onboarding call to align on how we'll work together and map out a 6-month creative roadmap. From there, the first 30 days is our Discovery Phase — we integrate with your team, learn your workflow, identify production gaps, and build a clear picture of your brand. By the end of Discovery, your Art Director and pod know exactly how to do world-class work for you.

Who controls creative direction?

You always have final say. That said, you can delegate as much or as little as you want. Your Art Director can take the lead on approvals, write all project briefs, research ideas, and pitch new creative directions — you just say yes or no. Fully hands-on or completely hands-off. Your call.

How do we communicate day-to-day?

Directly through Slack. Your Art Director and creative pod are accessible during working hours via a dedicated Slack integration and through the Penji platform. No email chains, no waiting on a project manager to relay messages.

Will I get a dedicated team or shared resources?

Your Art Director is dedicated to you. At the end of the Discovery Phase, they handpick a creative pod — the exact mix of designers, motion specialists, and other creatives your brand specifically needs. The pod is built for you, not assigned at random.

How does pricing work? Is it a fixed rate?

Creative Team starts at $2,200/month and is fully scalable. Need to accelerate production for a big campaign? Add more workstreams. Slower period? Scale back down. You're never locked into more than you need.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Creative Team does not include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Given the significant investment we make during onboarding and the Discovery Phase, we ask for commitment in return. What we do guarantee is full dedication to making the partnership work from day one.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel directly in the Penji app or via [email protected].

How do I get help if something goes wrong?

Your Art Director is your first point of contact for anything creative. For platform or billing issues, reach us inside the Penji app or at [email protected].
