To ensure quality and speed, each potential designer must take a rigorous design test before they are officially hired onto the Penji design team. Only the top 2% of designers are brought on as Penji graphic designers.

Our turn-around time depends on the project and number of revisions. Expect between 24 – 48 hours for most projects. More complex design projects such as a website/app, landing page, pitch decks, and multi-page booklets will require more time.

Yes, we built our online software to be easy and intuitive. It allows you to create and manage design projects for multiple businesses and brands. You can use Penji for yourself, your other businesses, or even your customers.

You own all rights and licenses to all designs created for you. If we use stock photos, you will also be granted license for that photo. However, materials you provide to us are assumed to be licensed and owned by you. If you provide us with unlicensed materials to use, we are not held liable for the rights of the final design.

With Penji you never have to worry about hourly billing or unexpected charges. When we promise “Unlimited” we do mean it. We work via design projects. When one design project is complete, we move onto the next one on your queue that same day.

Yes, we can completely design a iOS/android app. Projects of this scale will take time and require extensive reviews, revisions, and approvals for each page.

No. You don’t have to write us a letter, jump through a hoop of fire, or go through 15 pages to find the cancel button. Simply tell your account manager or email us at support@penji.co. The only question we ask if “What could we have done better to keep you?”

If you’re an existing customer and want to refer your friends to us, your friend will get a discount and you will receive a percentage of their recurring payment. Send us enough referrals, and you get our service for FREE and also make a little bit of cash on the side. Naturally, we also have an affiliate program should you be interested.

We can design anywhere from 20 – 30 T-shirt designs per month, assuming you’re responsive with feedback and approve quickly. If each design has variations or they’re scalable designs, then we can easily do 50 – 100 unique T-shirt designs, assuming each variation is a unique design.
