Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years of business development, relationship building, and maximizing sales strategies.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Able to travel (by air) within the United States
- Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on and willing to execute strategies
Resposibilities
- Prospecting Skills: Use various prospecting strategies to build your list of prospects.
- Connecting with customers: Connect with prospects through email, phone, video conference calls, or in-person meetings.
- Demos: Schedule and deliver live demos to convert prospects to customers.
- Proposal building: Build, negotiate, and secure business proposals based on the prospect’s business goals.
- Metrics Driven: Achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build strategic relationships: Align Penji with influential partners and brands to facilitate introductions or business opportunities.
- Relentless follow through: Understand where prospective customers are within the buyer’s journey and develop an actionable plan to move a prospective customer through a funnel.
- Strategies & experiments: Develop & execute new sales strategies and experiments
- Data entry: Manually research and enter data as needed to facilitate sales assignments, tasks, or collaborations.
- Constantly learning: Constantly learn and educate yourself on better sales strategies. Continuously improve your communication and sales skills.
- Creating & presenting reports: Create frequent reports to present your sales progress and performance.
- Collaborate with a team: Work with designers, marketers, writers, developers, and others at our HQ and Global team to execute sales assignments/campaigns/tasks.
- Generating ideas: Generating new sales ideas and coordinating them into executable experiments.
