Over 120 design categories are included in one Penji subscription. This means that when it comes to web design, we don’t just offer a basic template. You can get your layout, branding, your illustrations, your blog graphics, your ads, and everything else that goes into a great website.

Just about everything under the “graphic design” umbrella is included in your Penji service. This doesn’t mean we’ll take your website from start to finish—there are other elements of a site, such as backend development, that are outside the scope of our service.

What we can do, however, is create pages and graphics that suit your brand and build more engagement. Clients on our Agency plan can get designs delivered directly in Figma, making implementation and fine-tuning easier than ever. Every design also comes with complete source files along with whatever file formats you request.

No. We’re a team of designers—and we like to think we’re pretty good at it. But at this time, we’re focused on sharpening our skills for graphic design. Services outside of that, such as development and copywriting, may be implemented into Penji some time in the future. For now, you can count on Penji to deliver expert-quality visuals quickly for a simple monthly price.

While most Penji design projects are delivered in 1-2 days, web designs can be quite a bit more complex than, say, a logo or an illustration. You can expect your web design to be more of an involved process, with complete drafts potentially taking 3-4 business days.

While Penji still offers quicker delivery than other design solutions, we aren’t looking to phone it in. Before your designer(s) start working on your project, they’ll give you a timeline of when you can expect deliverables. After that, they’ll provide daily updates that you and your team can give feedback on, ensuring direct communication throughout the whole process.

Yes. We have designers equipped to create mobile-friendly sites, mobile specific web pages, and app layouts. Our UX/UI experts are up to the challenge. Just keep in mind that we’ll handle the graphic design elements of making an app, not the app itself.

Design delivery happens through the Penji web app. As soon as you log in, you’ll be able to see your design queue, check out the latest drafts, start a new project, and much more.

The Penji web app acts as both a design management platform and a communication hub. We offer other communication channels, such as email and text updates, but if you’re looking for a one-stop shop, look no further. In addition to keeping track of designs, you can upload multiple brand guidelines, invite unlimited team members to join, and talk directly with support.

To receive a completed design, simply click on it in your design queue. You’ll be able to see a preview in-app that you can leave direct comments on, download it in multiple formats, or mark it complete and leave feedback on your design experience. Your feedback will help us connect you with the best designers for your needs in the future.
