We’ll typically deliver your presentation design as a PPTX file, along with source files. This format can be applied to any major presentation software, including PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides.

You can also request whichever file format you need in your project request form. We’ll be able to accommodate most requests. However, at this time, we can’t deliver files directly via Google Slides.

Your presentation design (and all your graphic designs) will be sent directly through the Penji web app. When you log into Penji, you’ll be taken to your dashboard, where you’ll see a queue of all your active projects. You can click on any project marked as “delivered” to see the results, leave revision notes, and communicate with your designers.

You can download all projects, from drafts to completed designs, along with their source files through the designer chat. You can also leave comments directly on drafts for precise revisions.

We’ll send you an email when your project is ready, so you don’t have to check back in every morning. Most designs are delivered in 1-2 days. For more complex projects like presentations, your designer will give you a timeline for each step of the process and provide daily updates.

Unlimited revisions are included in your Penji subscription, which means you can fine-tune your presentation to your heart’s content. We offer simple in-app revision tools, as well as direct communication with your designer, project manager, and/or art director.

Sometimes, however, a designer’s style may just not be a good fit for your needs. When that happens, you can close the project and reach out to our 24/7 support team to get paired with a new designer. We’re on call to address any problems as soon as they arise.
