Marketer and Agency plans will give you same day turnaround. However, complex tasks such as custom illustrations, web/app, landing pages, infographics, multi-page booklets, and pitch decks can take more time. Most simple revisions can be completed within one day.

Penji doesn’t bill by the hour. Our fixed-rate billing model gives you unlimited design projects done without limitations. Create a project, and we’ll match you with a designer instantly. As soon as a project is marked for completion, we’ll start the project assignment the same day.

Leaving revisions is simple with Penji. Our “Point & Click” tool lets you mark corrections directly on the design. No more messy screenshots or fumbling to describe your edits.

We primarily use Adobe products. For presentations, we may use Google Slides.

All monthly plans are eligible for a full refund within 30 days. We make canceling your subscription simple. You can request to cancel within the app or contact our support team. We make cancellations simple because we rely on the quality of our service to keep you, not fine-prints.

Unlimited graphic design means you don’t have to pay hourly or per project. Create as many design projects as you need, and we’ll complete them in your set order. Once a project is completed, we’ll start the next in your queue same-day.

You should expect daily output delivery on revisions and a maximum of 48 hours for any new project. Delivery ultimately depends on the complexity of the designs in your queue and your project descriptions. We recommend submitting as many examples as possible for our team to understand your request.
