Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely no hidden fees. The package price is exactly what you pay on a monthly basis. All taxes and fees are included in that price.

Are there any restrictions to “Unlimited” design request?

We mean it when we say unlimited. You can create as many design requests as you want and your team will work on them one at a time. You can even prioritize them so we know which one to work on next.

Am I locked into a long-term contract?

Not at all, you are enrolled on a month to month basis. You can cancel your plan anytime, however if you wish to re-enroll there is a $250 enrollment fee to re-enroll you.

How long is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time depends on project. Usually it’s between 24 – 48 hours for most projects. More complex design requests such as a website, landing page, or app design will require more time.

I run multiple businesses. Can I use 1 account?

Yes. We understand entrepreneur nowadays are busy bees and run multiple brands at once. As a matter of fact, we built our online platform to be easy and intuitive for you to create and manage design requests for multiple businesses and brands.

Do I own the rights to all my designs?

You will own all rights and licenses to all designs created by us. If we use stock photos, you will also be granted license for that photo. However, materials you provide to us are assumed to be licensed and owned by you. If you provide us with unlicensed materials to use, then we are not held liable for the rights of the final design.

How many hours a month will my team work on my projects?

We don’t work via hour or bill hourly. When we promise “UNLIMITED” we mean it. The number of hours we work per month depends on how many projects you submit and how responsive you are with feedback.

Are you able to completely design iOS/Android Apps?

Yes, we can completely design an iOS/Android app. Projects of this scale will take time and require extensive reviews, revisions, and approvals for each page.

Is canceling difficult?

Absolutely not. You don’t have to write us a letter, jump through a hoop of fire, or go through 15 pages to find the cancel button. Simply tell your Project Manager or email us at support@penji.co. The only question we ask is “What could we have done better to keep you?”

If I refer customers to you, do I get something?

If you’re an existing customer and want to refer your friends to us, your friend will get a discount and you will receive a percentage of their recurring payment.
